Current vacancies are listed below the videos highlighting out 4 day working week policy
We introduced a 4 day working week in 2020 for all of the team.
We maintain full time hours across the 4 days – and also retain the full holiday entitlement.
The reason for introducing a 4 day working week was to improve the quality of our creative ideas – when Monday comes around too quickly we aren’t in the best place when it comes to delivering the quality of work that our customers expect of us – and that we expect of ourselves.
How you choose to spend your day off is entirely up to you – freelance projects, rest and relaxation, spending time with friends.
Watch our videos below to find out how the team has responded to the change in working pattern and the personal and professional benefits it has resulted in.
