For this video project we worked with the Checkproof team to create an asset for the company website that would allow visitors to get an overview of the platform and how it is being used by their global customer base.
The video sits on the company home page (check it out at www.checkproof.com) and features Sales Manager, Kyle Hunter providing an overview of the platform.

These videos are often called case study videos . testimonial videos or customer success stories (the latter being pretty specific to the software and technology sector) – but they remain a key staple of B2B marketing efforts for a variety of reasons:
Social Proof
Does your product or service do exactly what it says on the tin?
You can wax lyrical about your product or service better than anyone – but these client testimonial videos are the proof that your potential customers need that you are going to do what you say you’ll do and provide a solution that will make their life easier.
Relatability
When a potential customer sees a person experiencing a problem like theirs, in an organisation that looks like theirs – it helps them to make the connection between the product or service that you are providing and their desired end result.
Securing internal buy-in
When you have spotted a product or service that you believe will help solve a problem or unlock an opportunity in your organisation, the next step is to get other people on board with the idea.
By sharing the real life experiences of users of the product or service you are promoting you can peak the interest of others in your organisation and get them on board with the idea as well.
De-risking the decision
Every sale is a risk reduction exercise – and the higher the ticket price or the more people involved, the harder you have to work to make your option seem like the most attractive and least risky option.
When you’re buying a t-shirt from an Instagram advert – it’s a pretty quick decision.
When you’re selling software to the global manufacturing industry, the decision takes a bit longer as there are more people that will be impacted by it.
Allowing potential customers to see that organisations like theirs (who had the same problems as you do) have used solution X to make the problem go away – removes risk for their decision to invest in you versus the other options available.
