The process starts with a kick-off workshop with our team to understand the problems you are trying to solve, opportunities you want to unlock.
We then take that info and come back to you to with our suggestions as to how you could use video to help you achieve those things.
Based on the package you have chosen, we then decide on a content plan for the first 6 months and kick-start the production process.
We then review progress against the plan every 3 months and decide on the priority video proejcts for the next 3 months.
Your time commitment will reduce as time goes on.
We develop a knowledge of your business and your content style which makes the approval process run much more smoothly than it does when working on reactive, one-off video projects.
The time commitment with our existing Video as a Service customers runs to less than 20 hours per quarter.
Our quarterly progress reviews are scheduled for 1 hour, but are often much shorter than that.
And as we get to know your wider team, we get to the point where you don’t necessarily need to be there when we are visiting your premises for a shoot.
When we are conducting shoots with your clients (for testimonial videos for example) we will take the lead with all the logistical arrangements.
From the very outset, your content plan is linked to real business results.
This could be to hire new graduate engineers through a recruitment marketing campaign or to increase the proportion of direct applications to reduce your reliance on recruitment agencies and the associated hire costs.
It could be to improve the SEO of your website throigh the addition of more video content, driving up visitor numbers and new sales enquiries.
It could be to attract a specific number of visitors to your event or trade show, resulting in the generation of new sales opportunities.

It’s never happened – and we believe that our proven process for video content creation means that it never will.
The design and planning stage for all of our projects involves a detailed creative brief followed by the development of specific scripts and storyboards for approval by you and your team before any video shooting takes place.
This ensures that everyone is aware of what happens next and is on board with the creative approach being taken for any specific project.
Sure – there are some minor edits to make once the video is produced, but they are always minor tweaks rather than any structural overhauls.
All of this ensures that we are able to get your video assets delivered to you in the quickest possible time – and if you read some of our customer reviews you’ll see that this is a comment that comes up again and again.
Absolutely not.
Our packages are made up of a number of shooting days and agreed video outputs (categorised by number of minutes of edited content received).
We understand that some projects may take longer to execute than originally planned and through our quarterly reviews we will assess progress aginst the agreed package deliverables and ensure a plan is in place to deliver all the content purchased within your chosen package.
