Recruitment Marketing Video Series for Mallaghan

As Mallaghan contiunues to grow, this video series was created to help raise awareness of the opportunities that exist for engineers to work with the world's largest airlines on their innovation projects.

Mallaghan manufactures a range of Ground Support Equipment for the global aviation industry – if you’ve ever been on a plane, you’ve relied on Mallaghan products to get you where you need to be.

From the steps you use to board the plane, to catering trucks, water and toilet tankers, belt loaders, de-icers and even the fire & rescue stairs that we all hope we never need, it is all designed and manufactured in Dungannon, Northern Ireland.

The company also has a manufacturing facility in Atlanta, Georgia as a result of the long term relationships that they have in place with some of the major US airlines.

As demand for their equipment has grown in recent years, so has the requirement to attract the high quality engineering talent that they need in order to keep up with the demands of their customers.

The Recruitment Marketing Video Series

We have been working with the team at Mallaghan now for a number of months as they look to showcase the projects that their engineering team gets to work on.

This all started with a workshop that we hosted with the engineering teams at Mallaghan to understand more about the kind of work they are doing and how we can use this to help attract new engineering talent to their team.

One of the challenges facing Mallaghan was a lack of knowledge and awareness of the specific products that they manufacture and the kind of customers that they serve.

From these initial design workshops with the Mallaghan team, we were able to identify a series of key projects and communication themes that would form the basis of the recruitment marketing video series.

The first video in the series

The series launched towards the end of 2025 with a video which sought to address the knowledge gap around the equipment manufactured by Mallaghan and the customers that they supply on a monthly basis.

This video featured members of the Mallaghan team explaining how every good holiday starts with Mallaghan equipment.

This video was featured in a paid Facebook and Instagram ad campaign targeted at their local area, to help drive curiosity and interest in the engineering jobs being promoted by Mallaghan.

The focus on Mallaghan projects

The aim of this series was to excite engineers about the opportunities that exist with Mallaghan to be involved in the aviation industry.

It was this key focus that led to the majority of the videos in the series focusing on specific innovation projects that the Mallaghan engineering team have been involved with.

This not only allowed us to highlight the kind of work being done at Mallaghan but also provided an opportunity to showcase some of the long established relationships that the Mallaghan team has with some of the largest and best known airline brands in the world.
