We wrapped up the Spring / Summer season of events by collaborating with MEGA for an event in May.
MEGA is a membership organisation that represents manufacturing businesses in the Mid Ulster District Council area of Northern Ireland and we have worked with them on a number of video marketing projects over the last few years.

The series of recruitment marketing meet-ups kicked off in March 2023 at Clockwise Belfast with a panel discussion on ‘The Future of Work’.

Our 2nd event in April also took place at the Clockwise Belfast offices and this time we featured a ‘Student Voice’ panel with 6 final year students telling us about what they were looking for from employers when trying to decide whether an organisation was a good fit for them.
We heard about how the importance of transparency, clarity of purpose and a flexible approach to getting the job done were all important considerations.
We also heard about how our students on the panel felt it was important to spend time in the office in order to accelerate learning from other experienced people on the team.
