This week we had Rhys Craven with us on work experience for 4 days – and we took him on a bit of a roadtrip to Dublin and the Hillhead exhibition in Buxton, Derbyshire. This is the video he made of his experience for the week.
Rhys is 15 years old and goes to Rathmore Grammar School.
His challenge for the week was to document his 4 days with us and produce a video by the end of it which could be used on social media as well as our website.
There is a specific video created for social media with subtitles – as 85% of people who watch videos on social do so with the sound off.
The video was shot using an iPhone 7 as well as a Lumix GH5.
During his week with us Rhys got experience shooting hand held shots, changing camera settings on his phone, using tripods, setting up interviews, storyboarding, scripting and finally, using Final Cut Pro for the edit.
