Episode 3 of the #LockdownLessons series saw us catching up with Paul Hargreaves, CEO of Cotswold Fayre to talk about his experience during the COVID-19 pandemic.
We filmed this episode of #lockdownlessons over Zoom after the COVID-19 restrictions scuppered our plans to visit Paul at the Cotswold Fayre offices in the South East of England.
In this episode Paul talks about the impact that COVID-19 has had on the Cotswold Fayre business as well as covering some of the personal lessons he has taken from the experience.
He also talks about some changes to how the business operates that were initially a response to COVID-19 but will have a lasting effect beyond the period we now find ourselves in.
